Throughout history, the voice of women has been silenced by force and continues to be so on many occasions. In others, by the will of the woman herself, and in an act of generosity on her part, the woman has given her voice to the man, offering him the leading role.

In the case of religious or philosophical traditions, the social perception of this silencing is made even clearer.

What is the female story of these traditions? How are these beliefs lived from a female interiority? How do they translate into the relationship with others? Are religious or philosophical traditions prepared to hear this female voice?

Four experts reflect on this in the round table ” Faith from women’s point of view ” in the framework of the Cycle of Reflection Days “Interreligious dialogue and coexistence”, organized jointly by the Library of the Seminary of Tarragona and the Unesco Chair of the Rovira i Virgili University discussing topics such as cultural and interreligious dialogue, women’s storytelling in religious or philosophical traditions, centers of worship in the management of public space, school and spirituality.
