EuroMeSCo, eighth best think tank network in the world

EuroMeSCo is the eighth best network of think tanks in the world, according to the 2018 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report, the ranking of reference prepared annually by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Programme of the University of Pennsylvania.
EuroMeSCo, which now has 102 research institutes and centres specialised in politics and security with headquarters in 30 Euro-Mediterranean countries, is a network coordinated since late 2010 by the IEMed.
Since then, the network has undergone renewed drive through meetings, workshops, seminars and annual conferences focused on key issues concerning the changes experienced in the Mediterranean region and through the production of publications and the invigoration of the network through its new website, newsletter and social networks.
The IEMed in the classification ranking
The European Institute of the Mediterranean also appears in the 2018 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report. Specifically in the section of best use of social networks and in the ranking of “best think tanks of Western Europe”.
