The Mediterranean As An Open Living Lab

From 09:00 | Workshop | Citilab Cornellà del LlobregatRepresentatives of centers of digital, social and collaborative innovation from Lebanon, Greece, Turkey, Morocco, France, Egypt, Italy, Israel, Tunisia participate in a Euro-Mediterranean seminar on Thursday and Friday in Citilab Cornellà, with the aim of exploring experiences and solutions to face Mediterranean common challenges, such as unemployment and urban development, from the perspective of a new culture of collaborative innovation.
Under the title “The Mediterranean as an Open Living Lab”, the Euro-Mediterranean seminar welcomes some thirty experts and representatives of centers and entities linked to digital, social and collaborative innovation in Lebanon, Greece, Turkey, Morocco , France, Egypt, Italy, Israel and Tunisia, who share experiences, and solutions to common problems common in the region and discuss possible ways of network cooperation.
The initiative is the first Euro-Mediterranean contact between these innovation centers (also known as Living Labs or Media Labs) and has been organized by Citilab Cornella, the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL).
