Proposing policy strategies to stabilize Libya, promoting greater economic and financial integration, ensuring food security in the region, and defining policies aimed at youth and prevention of radicalization, those topics are in the center of debate by forty experts participating in the annual MedThink 5 + 5 forum, a network of 31 think tanks from the various countries of the Western Mediterranean intergovernmental cooperation platform known as the 5 + 5 Dialogue (Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Malta, Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania, Libya and Tunisia).

Organized by the IEMed, coordinator of the MedThink 5 + 5 network, the forum “The 5 + 5 Dialogue in an evolving region” aims to reflect on ways to promote inclusive socio-economic development that brings stability and progress to the western Mediterranean. In the course of the forum, the new website of the network is presented, which informs about its activities and publications, as well as the research centers that are part of it. It is a website that wants to become a documentary center of the activity of the 5 + 5 Dialogue.
