16th Annual REFAL Assembly and Intra-Red Joint Action

The Spanish Network of the Anna Lindh Foundation celebrates its XVI Annual Assembly on 12 and 13 November in La Nau, in a meeting hosted by the General Foundation of the University of Valencia and which brings together more than half a hundred organizations of all the Spanish territory. The catastrophe in the Mediterranean is the focus of the inauguration of the conference, which is given by the manager of the General Foundation of the University of Valencia, Cristóbal Suria, and the managing director of the IEMed, Josep Ferré.
The meeting represents an opportunity to work on the strategic lines of the network and to develop work sessions by thematic areas based on the interests of all member entities.
Given the occasion, Josep Ferré appeals to the sense of responsibility and has expressed his desire to contribute to the improvement of the scenario of the migration crisis in the Mediterranean through a well-articulated action plan from the REFAL.For his part, Cristóbal Suria refers to the 2015 assembly as “an opportunity to work on the strategic lines of the Network”, as well as “to develop working sessions by thematic areas of interest for all member entities “.
