The IEMed Info bulletin is a means of providing information on the activities carried out by the IEMed, and was created as a result of the stimulus given by the organisation of the Euromed Civil Forum, held in Barcelona in 1995.
It is published every six months and nine thousand copies are printed (five thousand in Catalan, two thousand in Spanish, one thousand in French and a thousand in English). In the year 2000 a new graphic design was introduced, inspired in the characteristic elements and the blue colour of the IEMed's logo. It has pages in DIN A-3 format, printed in two tones (blue and black), and includes pictures to illustrate the text. The diverse informative articles that make up the publication explain the events, congresses, courses, conferences, etc., that are organised by the IEMed, as well as the projects in preparation, the events it participates in, the studies it publishes, etc.
IEMed Info is open, moreover, to including opinion articles signed by experts in various disciplines from the Mediterranean ambit. It can also be consulted on the web page of the IEMed. Its target readers are public and private institutions, university departments, study centres and all the people who collaborate with the institute or have an interest in following in detail the activities carried out periodically by the IEMed, and the news about Mediterranean political, social and cultural events.
The last IEMed info was released in October 2005.
