Seminar “The Corsair:
historical expression
of a divided Mediterranean”
The
historical study of the corsair activity in the Mediterranean
is not completed at all yet. With the aim to answer
some questions never asked before about its impact
on this region from the 8th to the 19th century,
the EIMed organises the seminar "Corsican: historical
expression of a divided Mediterranean".
The seminar is coordinated by the specialist of the University Pompeu Fabra
Eloy Martín Corrales, and it is an unprecedented meeting in which 12 of
the best experts from Spain, France and the Maghrib will debate this subject
in depth.
The registration is free (tel. 93 244 98 50). See the program in
pdf.
