Jewellery, the main exponent of Berber culture, is one
of the elements to better understand the cultural,
anthropological and social features of Amazighs, an
ancient people from North Africa.
Berber jewellery is more than its purely aesthetic value
and allows us to show the geographic environment,
rituals and social links, beliefs, the relationship between
symbology and nature and, especially, the importance
that women, the main bearers of this valuable heritage,
have in the Amazigh world.
